AGriculture for the Future Generations
Empowering young adults
Our Purpose
The AGFG project aims to empower youth, particularly those aspiring to or currently engaged in agriculture, by fostering inclusivity, diversity, digital empowerment, sustainability awareness, and biodiversity conservation. It aims to enhance their career prospects and contribute to rural and agricultural communities. The project will include a training course and its pilot workshops to inspire a new generation of environmentally conscious, skilled, and competitive agricultural professionals.
Our Target Groups
Our initiative aims to educate and inform young farmers, breeders, and beekeepers about sustainable and competitive growth opportunities. We target youth aged 18-35, including NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training), particularly those in rural areas. This inclusive project welcomes both men and women, regardless of their educational background or prior experience. Additionally, we engage socio-economic actors such as business consultants and experts who support young agriculturalists in optimizing their ventures. Trade, communication, and marketing professionals, along with representatives from Chambers of Commerce, academia, and research centers, also play a vital role in this effort, fostering a comprehensive support system for young innovators in agriculture.
