AGFG’s pilot workshops are meticulously organized to provide young farmers, breeders, and beekeepers with essential training. Each partner will host a workshop with 20 participants (10 men, 10 women) aged 18-35, prioritizing youth from rural areas. Participants will be recruited through an outreach strategy involving networks, social media, and direct communication, with applications reviewed to ensure eligibility. The one-day workshops will be held in Cyprus, Romania, and Greece over 6 hours. Feedback from these workshops will be collected to refine the training course.
